Brief History About Us

CR Cycles was founded by Colin Rae in 2021 under the original name CR Cycle Repairs. Colin spent 12 years working for Stewart Wilson Cycles, a local independent bicycle retailer in Stirling, dealing with sales, service and working in a management capacity, assisting Stewart to run his very successful business. Although always very able to work with and repair bikes,he has since then been fully trained not only to repair road/mountain bikes but also Electric bikes. Colin spent 7 years as a cycle technician for one of the largest bike suppliers in the UK, involved with every aspect of repairs, sales and servicing of old and new bikes at every level. The demand for buying bikes and also getting repairs done has increased dramatically over the years and as such it was time to start out on his own.
